Let’s just continue to get excited about next month’s new season of Arrested Development!
Louis Zorich is an actor, probably most recognizable to you for playing Pete in The Muppets Take Manhattan or Paul Reiser’s dad in Mad About You, depending on if you like great movies or bad TV shows. Here’s Pete giving Kermit the Frog a life lesson:
Our favorite steeshman, Nick Offerman, was at it again the other night when he appeared on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon. Not only did he show off that perfect croissant-shaped steesh, he dressed as a chicken as part of the “Chickeneers.” Check out the video below for the all-cluck version of the Lumineers “Ho Hey.”
This is the first thing I’ve felt compelled to post in a while. William Daniels will reportedly be a part of the Girl Meets World pilot. No word yet if that means Mr. Feeny will be on the much-anticipated reprise of Boy Meets World, but we can all say some prayers. I’d like to imagine that William saw all the hype about the new show and simply faxed, “I’m back” to Michael Jacobs.
I’ve had this picture saved on my computer since January 31, 2013 and thought it would be there forever. It didn’t seem like being a former basketball player and current analyst for the Chicago Bulls was gonna be enough to get him on steeshes.com. But then he PUNCHED A COWORKER. I made a bingo!
Paula Dean is a southern cook who uses a lot of butter and once got a ham thrown at her face. The only reason I’m posting this is to share a video I saw the other day that she was in. The video has had over 100,000 views the last 2 days and I am responsible for at least 7 of those.
UDPATE: I can’t figure out how to use the internets. Click here for video.
Adam Driver is a former United States Marine and current Television and film actor. He appears on the HBO series Girls as Adam Sackler (haha). Girls is a pretty good show but for my money, the guys are Girls are the best. I like Adam because it’s nice to see someone in their 20’s that doesn’t look out of place with a steesh or like he is trying too hard.
Bill Moody, better known as Paul Bearer has passed away. No official word on a cause of death but we’ve all been assuming it would be a heart attack since we first saw him in the early 90’s. Rest in Peace Paul. You were a great entertainer and had amazing facial expressions.
Just in time for Valentine’s Day, married couple Nick Offerman and Megan Mullally answered questions and shared relationship advice with The A.V. Club.
I just saw this picture on the Breaking Bad Facebook page and I think I am legally obligated to share it here. Enjoy.
First, I apologize for the title of this post. It’s gross in that rashes are gross and also just a horrible joke. Not even close to funny. So, I’M SORRY.
Next, I am really starting to get excited about seeing Jim Rash as Dean Pelton tonight. He is really funny and makes me feel uncomfortable, which I think is a good thing because I’ve heard a lot of girl say the same thing about me.
I was watching Seinfeld last night and couldn’t stop thinking about how much I like Jerry Stiller. Between Frank Costanza on Seinfeld and Arthur Spooner on King of Queens, he has brought me an awful lot of joy.
Since 2005, Intervention has helped many drug and alcohol addicts get over their addiction, as well as helped me get over a few rough weekends, especially in college. Going out three nights in a row didn’t look so bad compared to a woman doing vodka shooters at 9am and yelling about her babies (Sylvia).
Jeff Vanvonderen is my favorite Interventionist on the show. He is no nonsense. He is also not without fault as he had a brief relapse of his own in 2008. He quickly got back on the wagon and continues to help people get their lives on track and more importantly he never lost his mustache.
Katy Perry helped Ellen Degeneres celebrate her 55th birthday last week by coming on her show dressed as a male game show host. Male Katy hosted a game called “Grab Ellen’s Bust” which sounds inappropriate if you ask me. I wouldn’t know though. I turned off the video 30 seconds in because I was feeling embarrassed for some of the audience members and how excited they were getting.
Bill Moody is better known to some of us as Paul Bearer or Percival Pringle III, a wrestler/manager in the WWF and other far less popular wrestling outlets. Moody has an actual a degree in mortuary science and is (or at least once was) certified as a funeral director and embalmer.
Paul Bearer first appeared in 1990 as a manager to The Undertaker. This is when the nightmares started for me. I haven’t watched wrestling in about 13 years but I think I could sketch this guys horrifying face since it’s burned into my brain. His face looks like a pile of dough that got some caterpillars and grapes stuck in it.
Eliza Coupe plays Jane on the very funny ABC comedy Happy Endings. Here she is dressed as Gallagher, marking his second appearance on steeshes.com in parody form but zero times as himself or his brother.
I’ve been getting a lot of complaints lately that we are ignoring some people who fit in our key demographics – Canadians and fans of Blast from the Past. In order to satisfy both of those groups, here is Dave Foley.
Dave was a member of Kids in the Hall, the Canadian sketch comedy show. He was also on News Radio, a series that I once purchased in its entirety at Best Buy, only to sell a few years later for more than I paid for it. Thanks, Dave!
It’s also Dave’s birthday today. Happy birthday, Dave. We love you very, very, very, very, very, very, very much.
I saved up Boardwalk Empire Season 3 for a rainy weekend, and this past weekend was a regular hurricane (I stayed at my Mom’s where there is no television service). So naturally I was able to cruise through the entire thing. Not only was it a great season, there were a couple of nice steeshes.
What can be said about Joseph Aniska that wasn’t said in his IMDB description. It says, “Actor” and that’s exactly how we all think of him. Joseph plays Agent Stan Sawicki, who is getting paychecks from both the government and Nucky. Two paychecks?! What a smart idea for this guy. That’s double the money of one paycheck!
I’d have to imagine that the father of Seth MacFarlane, the creator of Family Guy, has a pretty good sense of humor. If Ron MacFarlane’s mustache is any indication, he has a great big fluffy sense of humor.
Seth MacFarlane tweeted today that his father has joined twitter (follow him for some strange reason @DadMacFarlane). My dad will never join twitter because “what’s the internet?”, but he’d be good at it because he doesn’t like leaving his house and he hates a lot of things.
